The City of Colorado Springs has prepared tools to aid engineers in the design of Permanent Control Measures (formerly known as Permanent BMPs).  The preliminary design workbook is intended to aid with preliminary sizing for site planning purposes. The final design workbook must be submitted with Final Drainage Reports.  The implementation schedule is listed below:

Due to COVID-19 concerns, we have been unable to hold in-person trainings for the new Colorado Springs Permanent Control Measure Spreadsheets. The  implementation deadlines requiring the use of the new spreadsheets have been pushed back.  We will provide updates with new implementation deadlines and information on available in-person training sessions once we are able to do so safely.
