The City of Colorado Springs uses the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System for soliciting bids and proposals from vendors and contractors. This system provides vendors and contractors with convenient online access to all bid information for the City of Colorado Springs as well as many other agencies throughout Colorado.
Powered by BidNet's national e-procurement solution, the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System connects 1603 departments from 133 local government agencies and provides a bid notification system for vendors looking to do business with local governments. The City of Colorado Springs joined the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing network on June 9th, 2014, providing its vendors with convenient access to bid information for the City of Colorado Springs as well as all other participating government agencies on the system.
Vendors who wish to do business with the City are encouraged to register for this system. There is no charge to register. The free registration allows unlimited searching for bid opportunities. Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing also offers an automatic email notification service where your firm can customize notifications of bids that your firm selects. Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing does charge a fee if you choose to be notified via email of new bid opportunities (1 year at $89.95 or 2 years at a discounted price of $149.95).
