Colorado Springs, CO- The City of Colorado Springs Community Development Division is pleased to announce that the application process for 2018 grant funds is now open. The Division is seeking applications for two programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Services and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG).

We know that many of our Colorado Springs residents have been asking how they can help in response and recovery efforts from Hurricane Harvey or find more information about what’s happening.

Crews were working on a significant stormwater project to address localized flooding near Taylor Elementary School in the Patty Jewett neighborhood when Wednesday’s (July 27, 2017) storm caused significant damage to the project area.
