NEW! Bonfire Interactive Procurement Portal

The Procurement Services Division will begin using the Bonfire Interactive Procurement Portal beginning in September 2017, in conjunction with Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System, for receiving bids and proposals from vendors and contractors electronically. There is no charge to register for Bonfire. This portal offers automatic email notification service to registered vendors free of charge; your firm can customize notifications of bids that your firm selects and be notified via email of new bid opportunities.

Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System

The City of Colorado Springs Procurement Services Division continues to use the  Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System for soliciting bids and proposals from vendors and contractors. This system provides vendors and contractors with convenient access to all bid information for the City of Colorado Springs.

Vendors who wish to do business with the City are encouraged to register for this system. There is no charge to register. The free registration allows unlimited searching for bid opportunities. Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing also offers an automatic email notification service where you firm can customize notifications of bids that your firm selects. Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing does charge a fee if you choose to be notified via email of new bid opportunities (1 year at $89.00)
