Fire Explorer Academy
The Fire Explorer Academy meets every day for one week in June or July. Fire Explorers will receive training and an introduction to what it is like to be an entry level firefighter. This week of training consists of long hours and is both mentally and physically challenging.
You may download our application for review and completion! We accept applications year-round but only accept new Fire Explorers in January of each year. After signing up in January and becoming a Fire Explorer you may attend the Explorer Academy held in the summer.
We accept applications year round.
