Airport Ambassador Volunteer Program
COS Airport Ambassadors are committed to the delivery of effective, courteous information services to all passengers, visitors and employees. The goals of the program are achieved through the ongoing pursuit of quality in concert with goodwill and hospitality. Our Ambassadors are treated with appreciation and respect and reflect the diversity of the travelers served.
What do ambassadors do?
COS Airport Ambassadors act as good-will representatives, by providing courteous, friendly assistance to COS travelers. The assistance volunteers offer is informational - Ambassadors inform, guide and direct. They also have the opportunity to participate in special projects and events that take place at the airport throughout the year.
What are the qualifications?
Applicants must be at least 12 years of age to be considered for the Ambassador Program. Applicants should have an outgoing personality, strong customer service skills, work well with a variety of people, possess good communication skills and be reliable. All COS Airport Ambassadors are rewarded with a uniform, free parking, concession discounts and volunteer functions and outings.
