The Colorado Springs Airport released a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit responses from interested, qualified business / industrial park master developers. The Site, which is located at the south end of the Airport, encompasses 900 acres (+/-) and is slated for commercial development. Responses are due no later than 4:00 P.M. (MDT) on Wednesday, September 3, 2014.

An addendum has been issued to this RFP to allow access to a FTP site. Please follow the instructions to access the FTP site:
- Enter https://transfer.ch2m.com
- Log on Username: EXT\Innovation
- Password: ehulem45 (a new password will be issued every Monday)
- Navigate to the “pub” folder
- Navigate to the “COSA Business Park” folder and double click on the folder to open
- Double click the file to read or use the “Upload” button to add a file to this folder (copy and pasting a file to this location is not available as this is a website)
