Proposed Service Enhancements
Restructure Route 23 (Barnes Rd - Tutt Blvd): Split Route 23 into two routes; new proposed Route 23 to operate from Morning Sun Avenue to Tutt Boulevard and Constitution Avenue; improve frequency to 30-minutes and operate new battery electric buses on new Route 23; proposed Route 24 will operate from South Carefree Circle and Tutt Boulevard to the Citadel Mall Transfer Center. Proposed Implementation: 4/24/2022
Operate Regular Service on Holidays: Instead of operating Sunday service on Memorial, Independence, and Labor Days, this proposal includes operating weekday service on Memorial and Labor Days. Since Independence Day is on a different day every year, MMT is proposing to operate the level of service appropriate for the day on which the holiday falls. Proposed Implementation: 4/24/2022
