**If you are contesting your ticket by pleading "Not Guilty", you MUST appear in court as your case cannot be resolved through the Mail Disposition process. Please note -- If you wish to resolve your case through a Mail Disposition, plea offers are not negotiable. If you wish to contest your ticket or further negotiate you must appear in person.**
To be considered for a mail disposition, complete the "Mail Disposition Form" below with all of the information requested and click on submit. The Court must receive your request for a mail disposition AT LEAST 72 hours BEFORE your court date. You will be contacted, via email, by the Municipal Court and may need to provide additional documentation. You have 48 hours to provide the court with signed copies of additional documents that may be required. If the court does not receive the documents within 48 hours your request will be considered abandoned, and you will need to appear in court on your court date. If you do not respond with the required documents, and you fail to appear on your court date, a warrant may be issued for your arrest.
If you do not receive information from the court within 72 hours of your submitted request, call 719-385-5928 to verify the court has received your mail disposition request.
