**If you are contesting your ticket by pleading "Not Guilty", you MUST appear in court as your case cannot be resolved through the Mail Disposition process.**
If you live more than 50 miles outside of Colorado Springs, Colorado; OR, have special considerations (e.g. you are serving in the military and being deployed, have medical issues) you may request a mail disposition. To be considered, complete the "Mail Disposition Form" below with all of the information requested and click on submit. The Court must receive your request for a mail disposition AT LEAST 72 hours BEFORE your court date. You will be contacted, via email, by the Municipal Court and may need to provide additional documentation. You have 48 hours to provide the court with signed copies of additional documents that may be required. If the court does not receive the documents within 48 hours your request will be considered abandoned, and you will need to appear in court on your court date. If you do not respond with the required documents, and you fail to appear on your court date, a warrant may be issued for your arrest.

There is a $25.00 court cost charge assessed for mail dispositions.

To be considered for a mail disposition on your case, please complete the following requested information.
