The commercial airlines operating at the Colorado Springs Airport reported a 6.5 percent increase in passenger traffic in October, with 223,870 travelers passing through the terminal. Seat availability increased by 11 percent, while enplanements increased by 6.6 percent year-over-year. The overall load factor for this period was 78.3 percent, 3.2 percentage points below the same month last year. Delta increased enplanements by 18.1 percent driven by additional capacity to Atlanta and Salt Lake City. Southwest reported a 3.9 percent increase compared to October 2024. COS remains focused on strategic, long-term growth through expanded air service offerings and airline partnerships, positioning the airport as a key travel hub for the Pikes Peak region.
