The Colorado Springs Airport (COS) will introduce new parking rates in the short-term parking lot, which will go into effect March 1st, 2024. This is only the third time rates have increased since 1998.
“While we are sensitive to increased costs for our travelers, these price adjustments will allow for capital improvements to the parking system and maintenance costs for the parking lots that will ensure that we can keep the customer experience a positive one,” said Greg Phillips, Director of Aviation.
The current rate for the short-term lot is $12 maximum daily rate and it will increase to a maximum daily rate of $15, a $3 per day increase. The long-term parking lot rate of $8 maximum per day will remain unchanged. With significantly increased traffic in recent years, this parking rate increase will help COS explore additional parking options for travelers.
