Public Input Process Begins for Austin Bluffs Open Space Master Plan

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The city’s Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department seeks input from the public on a new master and management plan for Austin Bluffs Open Space. The open space includes the properties of Pulpit Rock Regional Park, University Park Open Space and Austin Bluffs Open Space, all of which make up approximately 600 acres. The public and media are invited to attend the first public meeting:


WHAT: Austin Bluffs Open Space master and management plan open house

WHEN: Tuesday, April 2, 6-8 p.m.

WHERE: Grant Elementary School, 3215 Westwood Blvd.

WHO: Project Manager David Deitemeyer will be available for interviews
