Land Use Review

Reviews and provides professional planning recommendations and decisions on a variety of development applications both administratively and at public hearings. This division also provides information regarding zoning, land use and development proposals to the general public and the development community.

Provides neighborhood outreach and code enforcement (property maintenance, zoning, graffiti, and other violations of the City Code)
