The STR Permit Rental follows a 2-step process –
- STEP 1 – Pay $119 permit fee. The fee shall be paid via credit card or electronic check here(link is external). Payment will not be accepted over the phone or in-person.
- STEP 2 – Submit completed Short Term Rental Renewal Application (2 pages) via email – firstname.lastname@example.org. This application must be completed in full and accompanied by the following information and updated within 3 days in the event of changes.
In the permitting of the short term rental permit, the Manager, Planning Commission or City Council shall have authority to require such reasonable conditions as necessary to protect the public health, safety and general welfare and to ensure that the use, value and qualities of the surrounding the proposed location will not be adversely affected.
