The first step in any land use application process is to request a Pre-Application Meeting to speak to a Planner. This can be done through the the new online Applications and Reviews system.
Track the progress and view documents associated with new developments in our Land Development Review Search (LDRS) system. Enter the associated parcel / tax schedule number or enter a keyword.
