Development Applications, Forms and Checklists

The majority of the development plan applications have been consolidated into one application titled "General Development Application". Complete this application and attach it along with the applicable checklist(s) identifying the various development application requirements. Permit and Letter applications are listed in a separate section, click here.

Pre-Application Meeting Request: An application to request a meeting with a Planner to discuss a development proposal prior to submittal of a development application.

Medical Marijuana Inquiry Request: A request to review a property for potential use as a medical marijuana business before the submittal of a business license application. 

General Development Application: An application for any type of general development for submittal to the Land Use Review Division for major or minor development proposal including PUD (Planned Unit Development) applications and FBZ (Form Based Zone) develompent applications. 

Sign Application: A request or application for a new sign or a replacement of an existing sign on private property within Colorado Springs.
