The Circle Drive Bridges (east of I-25 and Harrison High School over Fountain Creek, Hancock Expressway, BNSF railroad, Pikes Peak Greenway Trail, and E. Las Vegas St.) were built in 1963. Now, after more than 55 years of use, they’ve exceeded their lifespan and will be replaced by the City of Colorado Springs.
Citizens are invited to the public open house to learn more about the project and provide input on the planning and design for replacement of the bridges.
