In 2015, the City’s Public Works department made a promise to the community to repave 1,000 lane miles in five years using voter-approved, dedicated sales tax funds. With a few more months to go in the fifth and final year, we’re pleased to report that mile 1,000 has been repaved.

A project at Chelton Avenue and Santa Rosa Street will address long-standing roadway flooding and improve the neighborhood intersection. It is expected to last six to eight weeks, during which the intersection will be completely closed.
