The City's Housing and Homelessness Response Department collaborates with community partners such as Colorado Legal Services, Pikes Peak Library District and The Justice Center, to present educational workshops to help residents understand landlord tenant laws, reduce conflict and promote housing stability.

In this free class Colorado Legal Services attorney Clinton Albert will help participants learn about a wide variety of topics in landlord tenant law such as lease basics, reasonable accommodations and modifications, deposits, repairs, and eviction. Bring your questions! Q&A included! (Presenters cannot provide legal advice for individual situations.) Optional registration allows you to sign up to receive a copy of the slides and event recording.
