COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo – City Councilmember Yolanda Avila invites the public to attend a community Town Hall to discuss issues impacting City Council District Four and Southeast Colorado Springs. The Town Hall will be on Saturday, August 21 from 2:00-3:30 p.m. at the Chinook Center.
The Chinook Center is located near Airport Road and Circle Drive. Some topics of discussion will include the Law Enforcement Transparency and Accountability Commission (LETAC), GoCOS! App, and Public Participation. There will be representatives from LETAC and the City Communications team to help answer questions. The format will allow for open dialogue between attendees, the elected officials and City staff.
