A Neighborhood meeting to hear and learn about the proposed Rezoning to create a Historic Preservation Overlay District on 14 properties to be known as the Parkside Historic District. The properties being considered with the rezoning include the following street addresses: 5 and 9 W Willamette Avenue; 3 Beverly Place; 526 N Cascade Avenue; 602, 610, 614, and 620 Park Terrace Drive; 30 Mesa Road; 710, 712, 720, 724, 730 N Cascade Avenue; and 11 W Dale Street.
