A neighborhood meeting is being held about the proposed Prospect Village - a Tiny Home Community project.
Project Description
A Tiny Home Community consisting of 18 tiny houses, community meeting building, community storage building, off-street parking, landscaping and private green space. The project includes the following applications: a Rezoning from R-5 (Multi-Family High) to R-Flex High; a Conditional Use and Development Plan for a Tiny Home Community; a one (1) lot subdivision; and development standards adjustments for reduced setbacks from streets and adjacent residential, parking requirements, minimum lot area for each tiny house, and separation between tiny houses.
