Congressionally Directed Spending Letter of Support Request Form

U.S. Senators Bennet and Hickenlooper have released their joint Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) fiscal year 2026 (FY26) request form. This application will be open until March 24th at 5:00 MT.
CDS is a mechanism by which members of Congress can request funding for specific projects in their home state. In recent years, nonprofits, state, local and Tribal government entities have been eligible for consideration.
Mayor Yemi will consider providing a letter of support for projects that align with the City of Colorado Springs Strategic Priorities. Please complete the request form below by March 20^th at 5:00 pm MT. Note: Completion of this form does not guarantee a letter of support. We will review each request and provide a response.
