Jeff Finn is a project design manager for Nor’wood Development Group. His work spans the spectrum of supporting public, private, and non-profit city building projects – all combining to make meaningful impacts while raising the quality of life for all Colorado Springs’ residents. He has been an integral part of not only creating the vision, but also implementing more than $250 million in current downtown projects.
His leadership as a technical advisor on the application process and other aspects of City for Champions projects has been crucial. He was one of the key players who worked tirelessly to help bring the U.S. Olympic Museum and Hall of Fame to Olympic City USA. He also serves on the building design and construction committee, which has helped ensure that the museum’s design is deeply connected to the community. The U.S. Olympic Museum will truly help transform southwest downtown and is already attracting new hospitality, office, residential, dining and entertainment options to the area. Jeff's imprints on this transformative project and its continuum have been tremendous.
Among many other projects, Jeff serves as the project executive for Greenway Flats, a 65-unit permanent supportive housing project that will provide safe and supported housing to some of our most vulnerable citizens. He played an essential role in securing funding for this important community asset that will open in the spring of 2019. He also led the effort to bring UCCS downtown with the recent opening of the UCCS facilities on Tejon Street. Bringing UCCS downtown adds another level of dynamism to our city center. When he’s not developing future assets for our City, Jeff actively volunteers in varied capacities at Springs Rescue Mission, Crossfire Ministry's Food Pantry, the Marion House Soup Kitchen and City Serve.
