The City of Colorado Springs Stormwater Enterprise, in cooperation with El Paso County, is developing a plan to improve storm drainage in the Park Vista South Neighborhood. The improvements address drainage and flooding issues that historically impacted the Templeton Gap Floodway. El Paso County transferred ownership and maintenance of the Park Vista South area to the City of Colorado Springs. This transfer allows the City to streamline maintenance and flood mitigation efforts.
