The City of Colorado Springs Lodgers and Automobile Rental Tax (LART) Citizens’ Advisory Committee has announced it will begin accepting funding applications for events and projects in 2025. The application can be found at ColoradoSprings.gov/LART or by emailing Michael.Montgomery@ColoradoSprings.gov.
The LART Committee acts in an advisory capacity to City Council in all matters concerning expenditures of any revenues derived from the Lodgers and Automobile Rental Tax.
The deadline for the application is Tuesday, May 28th at 4 p.m. Applicants are encouraged to turn in applications prior to the deadline. Application workshops for applicants will be held on Wednesday, May 1st at 3:00 p.m. and Wednesday, May 8th at 5:30 p.m., please email Michael.Montgomery@ColoradoSprings.gov to RSVP.
There will be no call for 2025 Off Cycle Funding Applications. Reserve funding is intended for unusual, catalytic, or remarkable projects rather than routine events or projects normally addressed through the regular LART funding cycle.
