Panorama Park, a shining example of community resilience, advocacy, and leadership, underwent a transformative redesign in 2022. The park's expansion and enhancement were aimed at promoting recreational equity and wellness for the residents of the area. With collaborative planning involving RISE|Southeast and Trust for Public Land (TPL) and funding from multiple sources including the Trails, Open Space and Parks (TOPS) program, AARP Colorado, El Pomar Foundation, Lyda Hill Philanthropies and a grant from Great Outdoors Colorado (GOCO), Panorama Park became the largest neighborhood park renovation in Colorado Springs history.
