The Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services (PRCS) Department is now accepting photo submissions for the 11th edition of the Discover COS calendar.
This annual calendar shows off the natural beauty of Colorado Springs parks, trails and open spaces. PRCS seeks pictures that highlight colorful Colorado and the beauty that our parks, trails and open spaces display through all four seasons with “Celebrate the Seasons” as the 2024 theme.
All submissions must be received by 2 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 7. Photos can be submitted by emailing calendar@coloradosprings.gov, or they can be dropped off or mailed to 1401 Recreation Way. Winning submissions will be announced Oct. 10 and awards will be presented to the selected photographers. Following the announcement, calendars will be available to the public for purchase at ShopCOS.org
