The website, accessible at www.pproem.com, offers residents information, resources, and guidance to effectively prepare for emergencies.

Andrew Notbohm, PPROEM Regional Emergency Management and Recovery Director, emphasized the importance of the newly launched website as a trusted source of information. He stated, "Access to reliable information is paramount. The PPROEM website is a reliable source for our community, equipping residents with the tools and resources they need to stay prepared."

The newly launched website includes essential features to enhance public safety and engagement. It offers a direct link for signing up for Peak Alerts, ensuring timely emergency notifications. The site provides detailed guidance on preparing for emergencies and encourages community involvement in preparedness activities. Visitors can access an extensive Emergency Preparedness Guide and additional resources. Additionally, the website shares information about volunteer opportunities and details on Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) classes and workshops.

Residents, community partners, visitors, and the media are encouraged to visit the new PPROEM website and follow El Paso County and City of Colorado Springs social media for ongoing updates and valuable information on emergency preparedness.
