City Councilman Dave Donelson invites the public to attend a community Town Hall to discuss issues impacting Colorado Springs City Council District One. The Town Hall will be on Thursday, October 3 from 5:30p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Colorado Springs Utilities Conservation & Environmental Center. Councilman Donelson will be joined by Lt. Brian Steckler from the Colorado Springs Police Department Homeless Outreach Team (HOT).
