Neighborhood Meeting - Flats at Sand Creek

The City of Colorado Springs Planning Department invites residents to a neighborhood meeting on the proposed Sand Creek Flats development. The meeting, which is organized by the project applicant, will provide an opportunity to learn about the details of the project. 

Comments on the project can be emailed to the City case planner. All comments will be made part of the public record without redaction or revision. Deadline for comments is October 22, 2024.

Project Description

A new Development Plan to allow for a 144-unit, Multi-Family development on 6.94 acres. The site is in the R-5/AP-O (Multi-Family High with Airport Overlay) zone district and located northeast of the N Carefree Cir and Peterson Rd intersection.
