Project Description

• A zone change consisting of 349.6 acres known as Fishers Canyon Opens Space from PDZ/HS-O/WUI-O (Planned Development Zone with Hillside and Wildland Urban Interface Overlays) to PK/HS-O/WUI-O (Public Park with Hillside and Wildland Urban Interface Overlay) located off the dead end of Wellfleet
  Street.
• The zone change is to make the zoning consistent with the Park use.
