Project Description

• A pre-submittal neighborhood meeting for stakeholders to learn about the proposed Copper Station Multi-Family project. The proposal consists of 330 residential dwelling units with an anticipated maximum building height of 50 feet.
• The 16.68-acre site is zoned MX-M/AP-O (Mixed Use Medium Scale with Airport Overlay)
