Project Description

A neighborhood meeting regarding a proposal to rezone 5.4 acres of land south of W. Cucharras St. between S. 21st and S. 22nd Streets from LI/GI/SS-O (Light and General Industrial with Streamside Overlay) to MX-M/SS-O (Mixed-Use Medium Scale with Streamside Overlay) and to establish a Land Use Plan showing general land uses, densities, and access points for the site.
