The Parking System Enterprise provides public parking spaces as a key element in maintaining the economic vitality of the downtown and surrounding activity centers. Public parking is an economic development tool used to attract private investment into the community and manage urban growth.
Parking Garages
Locations
City Administration Building Garage (130 S. Nevada Ave.)
Four charging stations:
- 2 EV Stations (4 ports) located near East entrance of garage on the 1st floor
- 2 Fast Charging Stations (2 ports) run and operated by Colorado Springs Utilities, which are located on the 1st floor in the Southeast corner
Kiowa Garage (127 E. Kiowa St.)
2 Charging Stations (4 ports) located on 1st floor
Cascade Garage (215 N. Cascade Ave.)
8 Tesla Superchargers
Hourly Rate
- $1.00/hour
- Parking is free on Sundays
Max Daily Rate
- If entering the garage before 4 p.m.: $12.00
- If entering the garage after 4 p.m.: $6.00
Monthly Parking Permits
- Monthly permit: $90/month/permit. Discounts may apply to larger groups
- Monthly evening permit (between 3 p.m.-7 a.m.): $40.00/month/permit.
Note: Vehicles may not remain parked in a garage for longer than 72 hours.

Hours
- Monday-Saturday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Sunday: 1-8 p.m.
Rates
Meters closest to the city center charge rates starting at $1.50/hour and increase the longer you stay.
This area is bordered by Boulder Street to the north, Nevada Avenue to the east, Vermijo Street to the south, and Cascade Avenue to the west.
Vehicles may not remain parked at a meter for longer than 24 hours.
Payment options
Meters take coins (quarters, dimes, and nickels), credit cards, or payment via the ParkMobile app (free download for both iPhones and Android phones).
Pay the Parking Meter on Your Phone
Drivers can use the ParkMobile App, a free download available for both iPhone and Android devices, to pay for metered parking in Downtown Colorado Springs and Old Colorado City.
