The City of Colorado Springs Planning Department has been made aware of fraudulent messages asking residents to pay fees or provide personal information. Official email communications from Planning staff will only come from addresses ending in @coloradosprings.gov. If you receive a message about permits, applications, or fees from any other email domain, do not respond or send payment. Instead, verify by contacting the Planning Department using the contact information listed on ColoradoSprings.gov.
