About

The project extended Tutt Boulevard from Dublin Boulevard to existing Tutt Boulevard, approximately 1,000 feet north. Phase 1 of the project, from Dublin to Vickie Lane, was completed in 2016. Phase 2, in 2024, completed the roadway, widening Tutt to two lanes in each direction, with curb, gutter, sidewalks, pedestrian ramps and storm drainage improvements from Vickie Lane northward. Significantly, it improves traffic flow by eliminating the two 90 degree turns from Tutt to Vickie Lane to Templeton Gap.

The project is a PPRTA  A-list project approved by voters in 2012. More information on PPRTA is available on the PPRTA website.

Key Elements

  • Access to local businesses and neighborhoods maintained throughout construction
  • Traffic flow and safety improvements: Vickie Lane became a T-intersection with a stop sign at Tutt Boulevard. Tutt is now free-flowing from Dublin Boulevard northward.
  • The main entry to Church for All Nations is now via Vista Vision Drive
