Park Rules

Panorama Park pavilions are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note the City of Colorado Springs Park Rules listed below, including details for special events.  

  • Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in City Parks by Ordinance No 9.9.410
  • Parking/Vehicular Access: Motorized vehicles of all types including golf carts, gators, ATVs, etc, are strictly prohibited on park property, lawns, turf, restricted roadway, bicycle/pedestrian pathways, canal, creek pathways, turf trail or athletic fields.
  • All cars must be parked in designated parking areas.
  • Trash and debris must be disposed of properly and the area must be clean.
  • No grills are allowed in City parks.
  • It is unlawful for any person to injure, deface, destroy, sever or remove any park property.
  • If you are using amplified equipment for your picnic or event, you will need to obtain a Noise Hardship Permit through the Colorado Springs Police Department. Please contact CSPD at (719) 444-7705 regarding noise permits.  
  • If you plan to have any type of inflatable or bounce house, exceed pavilion capacity, impact public use or require exclusive use of the park, depend on public participation or require an entry fee, and/or have vendors, generators, tents/canopies, you will need to obtain a Park Special Event Permit, contact us at specialevents@coloradosprings.gov for details.

2nd & 4th Thursdays (June-August 2025)-Yoga in the Park

  • 6:00-6:45 p.m.
  • Free and open to everyone. Children must be accompanied by an adult, waiver required.

Mondays (June-August 2025)-Zumba in the Park

  • 6:00-7:00 p.m.
  • Free and open to everyone. Children must be accompanied by an adult, waiver required.

July 1, 2025-Story Walk

  • 10-10:30 a.m.
  • Story and fun activities for children 0-8 years old with their caregiver.

July 11, 2025-Parks & Rec Month Summer Festival

  • 6:00-8:00 p.m.
  • Free and open to everyone.
  • Join us for a silent disco, sports activities, and family friendly fun! Bring a blanket or lawn chair and spend the evening in the park. Food trucks available for purchase. 

August 1, 2025-Art in the Park

  • 5:00-7:00 p.m.
  • Drawing from nature
  • Meet under the stage pavilion. All skill levels welcome, materials provided.
