License Renewal Mandatory Online Filing
As of September 1, 2023, the City of Colorado Springs Sales Tax Office has eliminated the $20.00 renewal fee beginning with the renewal period 2024/2025; any prior unpaid renewal fees are still due and payable to the City of Colorado Springs.
We are introducing a requirement to complete a renewal form online for each license to renew and extend its expiration date. Completing the renewal form is necessary to update the expiration date on your license.
We will not accept license renewal forms mailed or emailed to our office; this must be completed through the online portal against your tax account(s).
If additional assistance is needed, a kiosk is available in our office, and our staff would be pleased to help.
The renewal form should be submitted no later than December 31, 2023.
