UPDATE

The Colorado Springs Police Department Impound Facility remains closed at this time due to the continuing impact of COVID-19. It is anticipated that it will re-open to the public on Monday, November 23rd 2020, at 8A.M.  Please check the impound website at https://web2.coloradosprings.gov/Impound for updates before responding to the facility. As a reminder, there will be no additional storage fees charged for days the impound lot is closed.

The Colorado Springs Police Department Impound Facility is closed until November 19, 2020, due to a COVID-19 outbreak at the Impound Lot and Facility.

During the closure, community members will not be able to retrieve their vehicles or property from the Impound Lot during that time.  Vehicles in the Impound Lot will not accrue additional storage fees while the lot is closed for this outbreak.

If you believe your vehicle was towed, you may contact the CSPD non-emergency dispatch number at (719) 444-7000 to confirm. Please note, it may take several days to show up in our system due to delays during the closure.
