Overview

The 2C Advisory Committee was established in 2015 to advise the Public Works Department on the implementation of Ballot Measure 2C. The Committee operates under the direction of the Mayor’s Office and includes four community representatives and two members of the City Council.

Current Members:

  • Jim Godfrey, Chair, Citizen Advisory Committee, PPRTA 
  • Dave Donelson, Councilmember, District 1 
  • Joe Kneib, Former Senior Vice President and Director of Business and Market Development, Herzog 
  • Roland Rainey, Councilmember, District 6 
  • Dave Zelenok, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, ZK Engineers 
  • Barbara J. Winter, Retired Executive Vice President and Chief Community Officer, Ent Credit Union

The Committee meets on a quarterly to provide recommendations regarding project prioritization, monitor the implementation of roadway improvements, and support the communication of program information to the public.

The 2C Advisory Committee meets quarterly in the Pikes Peak Conference Room at City Hall.
